Eczanelerin çalışma günler ise hafta içi günlerine ek olarak cumartesi günü de dahil olmak üzere toplam 6 gündür. 6 gün boyunca açık olan eczaneler, pazar günü gibi resmî tatil günlerinde kapalı olmaktadır. Eczanelerin çalışmadığı resmî tatil günlerinde ise nöbetçi eczaneler açık olarak halkın acil bir ihtiyacı olması ihtimaline karşılık 24 saat boyunca hizmet vermektedir. Aynı zamanda ise Ataşehir nöbetçi eczane çalışma saatleri de 7 / 24 olarak bilinmektedir. Bayramlarda eczaneler hizmet vermemektedir. Bayram günlerine ek olarak resmî tatiller ve pazar günleri de hizmet vermeyen eczanelerin yerine, halkın acil ihtiyaçları için nöbetçi eczaneler açık olmaktadır.
